H.F. Dorna  is  an  Iranian  private  joint  stock  company  specializing  in  design  and manufacture of light aircraft , covering  JAR-VLA  and  JAR-23  categories . H.F.Dorna  was  established  in  1988  and  has  received  Design Organization Approval Certificate (DOA) ,Type Certificate (TC) and Production Approval Certificate (PA) qualifications  for this two seat  aircraft  called , Blue Bird  According to JAR-21.
